“When the service technician came to my home and fixed my problem, I was amazed at how inexpensive it was. I tried to give him a tip but he would not accept it. Thank you for a job well done.”      - J Swann

Customer Testimonials

When our 15 year old server crashed we called WhiteStone Computers and a technician was out that day. They devised a plan to temporarily restore our data, replaced the outdated server with a PC based system that better suited our small office, added back-up features to prevent data loss, and had us back up and fully operationally in under a week. WhiteStone is our first call for all our computer needs. Reliable, knowledgeable, affordable and friendly service WhiteStone Computers is highly recommended!

Nan Harris - Cockerill & Cockerill

I really appreciate the way you upgraded me to the new Windows. You guys made a decision to do a complete system upgrade. That’s what we did with both machines and we did not lose anything. With all the horror stories about changing that I’ve heard, I just want to thank you for not making me one of them.

Joe Wood - Wood Electric

I have worked with Gary at Whitestone Computers for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, great troubleshooter, trustworthy and dependable. I know I can always count on him to help me with any technical issue I have at my office. I would recommend him to anyone.

Carol Cunningham – Standard Agencies

I would like to say that Mr. Elliott has long been a blessing to me by the fine professional service he provides for me regarding my computer. He is dedicated to doing just that. I appreciate his help.

Larry Bromagem

I have been a customer of WhiteStone Computers for quite some time and have had only positive interactions with the company. If I experience computer problems, I only have to call and Manager Gary Elliott quickly solves the issue of the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone; their level of professionalism and degree of expertise is outstanding.

Adam Didier – Didier Hardware

Whitestone Computers in Union City is a reputable business, I've had a lot of work done there, with quick turnaround time and friendly service, they will answer all your questions and help you through any issues you have.

Jana Bruggeman – Jo’s Corner Florist

I bought my computer from Mr. Elliott just last year, and anytime I’ve had a question or problem, he is quick to help. I recommend him to my friends who are experiencing problems, or are looking to buy a computer. He has my complete confidence.

Betty Stalcup

I have done business with WhiteStone Computers for the past 10 years. I find Gary to be an honest person, knows almost everything there is to know about the products that he sells and if he doesn't he will find out for you. Many times others have asked me why don't I go to the bigger retail stores for my computers instead of locally, my answer is always the same, when you have the best....Why would I want to shop around!

Born in 1914, Delbert or “grandpa” is the patriarch of the WhiteStone Computers family. Grandpa always had a smile, loved to greet customers, and kept the store clean and tidy. He was kind to everyone and treated each person with respect. Grandpa was always willing to share a story with those who were interested and, at the age of 101, he had plenty of stories to share. Although we lost him in June of 2016, he will never be forgotten.

Gary is the head honcho, man in charge, big kahuna – or so he thinks. Gary is quick witted and has no trouble cracking up his fellow workers. He founded WhiteStone Computers in 1992 and has been working on computers since his first Atari 800 in 1980. Much has changed over the years but one thing has remained constant – computers break and Gary fixes them.

Cody is our lead web designer. Cody consistently impresses us on his style and speed at creating fantastic web sites. We almost think that Cody has the ability to read minds. On more than one occasion, he has been given a very basic idea of what the customer wants, puts together a concept, and is then told by the customer, "That is exactly what I had pictured."

Dennis could be considered a jack of all trades master of all. He can install a video security system, work on a car, implement and deploy a computer network, figure out the oldest of computer equipment/software, and even build a house. While Dennis is technically an independent contractor, we consider him a valuable part of the WhiteStone Computers team.
