We charge flat rates, (Repair Rates) and, while we can repair your system, you will also receive honest answers from us regarding the benefits associated with replacing a broken system with a new model. New PC Setup
You have just purchased a new computer. You get it home take it out of the box and everything doesn't just look different, it is different. Networking is one of those terms that people hear and immediately think of a large business with numerous computers. That used to be the case and it can still refer to that but networking is everywhere. The wireless router your Internet provider just hooked up - networking. Sharing files from your desktop to your notebook - networking. At WhiteStone Computers we can set up those big business networks or we can help you print to that wireless printer you have from anywhere in the house. Offsite / Cloud Backup
There is a lot of misunderstanding when it comes to the "Cloud". The Cloud is simply a computer somewhere out on the Internet that stores your information. The Wikipedia definition is: Cloud storage is a service model in which data is maintained, managed, backed up remotely and made available to users over a network - typically the Internet. So, if you would like to keep a backup of your data that is safe from fire, flood, children, or other household disasters, cloud storage would be benefit. Additionally cloud storage gives you the ability to access your data from anywhere and share it with others securely if you wish.
Phone Support
There are times when you have a quick question or something on your computer is just not working the way it is supposed to. WhiteStone Computers is glad to offer telephone support to help you out. Not only will you be able to understand what we are saying, but we don't charge for this service. We believe that by helping you out in a jam, you will come to us when you need a new / used computer or when you need to have service work done. We are able to solve many issues on the phone but we will also tell you if an issue will take more time than a phone call will allow or require actual service work.
