GETTING HELP IN SIX SIMPLE STEPS

  1. Call
    • Call us at 765-964-7414. We may be able to answer your question or solve your problem without even remoting into your computer. If we do need to remote in, we can guide through the rest of the steps.

  2. Click
    • Click HELP ME to start downloading the remote software to your computer.

  3. Open
    • Depending on the browser you are using, a small box will appear in the top right or bottom left corner. This will show the progress of the download. When the word Open appears, click it.

  1. Allow
    • A box will appear dead center of your screen asking if you wish to allow the program to make changes to your computer. Click Yes.

  2. Provide
    • After a few seconds, a box will appear with a nine-digit number. Give that number to our technician.

  3. Relax
    • That’s it. Now you can sit back, relax, and watch us work our magic all from the comfort of your own home. You didn’t even need to unhook anything.
